The Public Institution "Unit for Coordination, Implementation and Monitoring of Health Projects" (hereafter IP UCIMP DS) was established based on the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova no. 391 of April 19, 2000.
IP UCIMP DS is an autonomous, non-commercial and non-profit organization, self-managed, which carries out its activity in accordance with the national legislation in force and the procedures of the external financier.
The mission of the organization is to provide support in the transformation of the health system, promoting a healthy and sustainable society.
The purpose of the organization is to ensure the efficient implementation of projects in the field of the health system, financed by external donors, by coordinating, implementing and monitoring activities in accordance with the provisions of the financing agreements.

IP UCIMP DS has a highly qualified staff, made up of: experts in medicine and public health, finance, procurement of goods, services and civil works, monitoring and evaluation, medicine management, communication, as well as administrative staff.
The staff is well trained, having university studies in medicine, economics and finance, philology, information technologies, including post-graduate studies - masters in economics, business administration and project management, procurement management, public health, and doctorates in medicine. The team members attended numerous international training courses in: project management, financial and procurement management, medicine management, M&E, results-based management, etc. And participated in international conferences and seminars in the field of HIV/AIDS/STI and TB.
The IP UCIMP DS team has extensive knowledge and experience in:

The team members have more than 5 years of experience in the coordination of HIV/AIDS/STI and tuberculosis prevention and control programs and the prompt and efficient achievement of their objectives.
